Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) if the item is damaged, or you've received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: We do not offer cancellations, exchanges or changes to order as they go directly into processing once the order is placed.
All products are shipped out of Arizona.
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days, but can take up to 10 business days on busier weeks. I do my best to have orders out asap, because I know you're excited to get your goodies, but please remember that I'm a one woman show (+ a baby) with some occasional help from family.
Order processing times are longer for some items; for example, pre-orders and custom orders. This will never be a surprise, as each product listing will contain this information, if applicable.
After the items have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and or phone number that you provide during checkout. If you have any tracking inquiries please contact USPS/ UPS so they can best serve you.
We are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery. If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.
